How do I get in touch if I have a question?

We answer emails, text messages, and DMs 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday. Email or text us with any questions you may have at colortheorylv@gmail.com or on our text line at 702.502.8320, and we will get back with you within 24-48 hours of inquiry.

Where are you located?

We are located in a private studio at Studio Suites in Summerlin. It is on the corner of Charleston and Hualapai at the Studio Salons at 9765 W Charleston Blvd, Studio 101.

Do you offer Mobile Services?

Yes, but only for styling services. A $50 traveling fee is required in addition to service price. All chemical-related services must be done in the salon.

Do you allow children in the salon?

Yes, but only if they are receiving styling services. We want all of our clients to properly unwind during their service. With hot tools, sharp objects, and chemicals in the immediate area, we respectfully request leaving the little ones at home.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Venmo, Zelle, cash, or gift certificates for hair services.

How much should I tip?

Most clients generally tip 10-20% of service total, depending upon how you feel about the quality of service. Tips are never required, but always appreciated.

can i get a quote for hair extensions or color over the phone?

A ball-park quote can be requested via text or email… However due to the various options associated with individual hair-care needs, we are not able to quote a specific price for color and hair extensions over the phone. If a more precise quote is desired, we do offer in-person consultations and can give you many options for pricing.

What happens if I’m late?

In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Clients are granted a 15 minute grace period for a scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be canceled after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes without a phone call/text message/email to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will be marked as a no-show will need to be rescheduled. A $50 deposit will be required to reschedule a no-show appointment.

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours will also require a $50 deposit to reschedule the appointment.

What if the stylist is running behind schedule?

If by chance we are running behind schedule, we will notify you 30 min – 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to prevent you from having to wait.

Do you cut children's hair?

Yes, but they must be at least 7 years of age. If your child is under 7, we recommend taking them to a child-geared salon… such as Cool Cuts 4 Kids, Cookie Cutters, or Snips & Clips 4 Kids. These salons have a fun & friendly environment that is perfect for small children and makes them much more comfortable… especially if it is their first haircut.
